Your Trusted Professional CVT Belt Supplier in China
CVT belt (continuously variable transmission belt) is a core component in continuously variable transmission systems, responsible for transmitting power, and is a type of variable speed belt. Its design features flexibility, wear resistance, and impact resistance, allowing it to maintain stable operation under high torque, high load, and high speed conditions, while reducing heat buildup, minimizing the risk of failure, and effectively preventing slippage.
In addition, our ZQDrive CVT belts are particularly suitable for applications that require smooth, continuous speed changes, such as motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, and many others. We can also custom design and manufacture CVT belts based on your vehicle model or specifications to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.

Your High-Performance CVT Belt for Power Sports
Our power series CVT belt is made of durable materials that are both flexible and heat-resistant, able to withstand high temperatures and stress, and maintain stable performance under various riding conditions.
Whether it’s go-karts, all-terrain vehicles, utility terrain vehicles, mini bikes, dirt bikes, gas scooters, or snowmobiles, as long as your car is equipped with a CVT transmission system, our CVT belts are compatible and easy to install.
Choose ZQDrive CVT v belt for a more enjoyable riding experience.

CVT Belt Tooth Profile Design Reduces Slippage for You
Compared to ordinary drive belts, CVT belts offer superior grip. Our CVT belts feature a rough-edged sidewall design that creates stronger frictional contact with the pulleys, effectively reducing slip and wear, resulting in a drive efficiency of up to 95%. In addition, ZQDrive CVT belt uses materials resistant to high temperatures and extreme conditions, capable of withstanding high pressure and high temperatures while providing continuous grip and maximum power transmission. Its optimized structural design ensures optimal engagement with the clutch sheave, allowing for smooth and efficient power transfer.
CVT Belt Helps You Easily Cope with Harsh Environments
ZQDrive CVT belt is designed to handle harsh environments such as mountains, mud, deserts, snow, extreme off-road tracks, and sand dunes. It can withstand the overheating caused by frequent reverse gearing, high-speed acceleration, and heavy-load operation, as well as strong compression and extreme friction, thereby maintaining stable power output. This allows you to achieve higher top speed, less energy loss, lower speed ratio, and better acceleration performance.
In addition, CVT belt has undergone rigorous real-world extreme environment testing and laboratory testing, demonstrating excellent impact resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance. It can operate stably at temperatures up to 170°C and speeds exceeding 12,000 rpm, and provides more responsive braking during deceleration.

CVT belt replacement cost varies depending on the repair shop, region, and vehicle model. Please contact us for more information.
- Before installation, you need to clean the pipes, remove debris from the engine compartment, and clean the clutch and wheel hubs.
- After replacing the CVT belt, you should drive at low speed. Avoid high engine speeds during the first 5 miles (8 km) of the break-in period.
- After driving for about 20 minutes, allow your vehicle to cool down completely for 30 minutes to complete a thermal cycle.
Finally, you need to repeat the heat cycle one more time to help the CVT belt fully seat against the pulleys.
CVT belt change guide:
- Confirm Belt Size: Before installing the CVT belt, you must confirm that your CVT belt is a perfect match for your vehicle.
- Cleaning the Clutch Pulley: Wipe the clutch pulley with a cloth dampened with alcohol to remove oil, debris, dirt, and residue from the old CVT belt.
- Installing the CVT Belt: Open the driven clutch, install the belt in its original direction, and ensure it is properly aligned.
Note: When installing the CVT belt, do not use tools to pry or bend the belt, as this may cause the belt to break.
Common causes of CVT belt failure include overheating, excessive wear, prolonged high-load driving, incorrect tension, belt aging, and foreign object ingress. These factors can accelerate the damage to the CVT belt, so it is recommended to check the condition of the CVT transmission belt regularly. If any abnormalities are found, please do not ignore them, otherwise it may lead to more serious damage.
The replacement cycle of the CVT belt depends on a variety of factors, such as road conditions, driving habits, and load conditions. Therefore, its actual service life varies greatly and is difficult to estimate accurately. If you find that the vehicle is stuck during engagement or driving, or if the CVT belt has cracks, missing teeth, or severe wear, you should replace the belt in time.
- Routine Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly maintaining of your CVT belt helps todetect potential problems early.
- Keep It Clean: Remove dust and debris from the belt and pulleys to prevent wear and tear caused by foreign objects.
- Ensure Proper Tension: Please adjust the CVT belt tension correctly to prevent slipping or damage from excessive stretching.
- Avoid Improper or Excessive Driving: Do not overload, accelerate rapidly, or operate the vehicle under high load for extended periods. Please drive within the vehicle’s recommended load capacity.
Maintain Adequate Cooling: Ensure your CVT system is properly cooled to prevent high temperatures from accelerating belt aging and breakage.
