Your One-Stop Variable Speed Belt Supplier
Variable speed belt is a specialized type of v belt, also known as variable speed v belt. Featuring cog structures, it maintains efficient power transmission and stable operation across varying speeds through tight meshing with the teeth of the pulley.
Its structural design enhances the load-bearing capacity of the transmission system while offering oil-resistant and heat-resistant. This effectively reduces vibration and slippage, thereby extending the service life of the transmission system.
ZQDrive variable speed belts are typically used in applications requiring variable speed drives, such as industrial equipment, recreational equipment, and agricultural equipment, etc.

Variable Speed Belts Help You Achieve Flexible Speed Control
Variable speed belts are designed for variable transmission systems, enabling flexible adjustment of driven pulley speed in response to changes in pulley diameter and transmission ratio. They are suitable for applications where speed frequently varies during operation.
ZQDrive variable speed belt features an optimized belt structure that ensures lateral stability while maintaining longitudinal flexibility, enabling the belt to run smoothly around small diameter pulleys. When operating conditions, load size, or other factors change, ZQDrive variable speed drive belt maintains smooth speed regulation, helping you achieve precise speed control.

Selecting the Right Variable Speed Belt for Your Application
ZQDrive variable speed belts are usually used with variable speed pulley drives to achieve a wide range of speed adjustments, such as:
Agricultural Machinery: Combine harvesters, tractors, etc.
Vehicles: Scooters, snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, off-road vehicles, etc.
Industrial Applications: Gear changers, machine tools, etc.
Variable Speed Belt Design Helps You Achieve Efficient Power Transmission
ZQDrive variable speed belt is a raw edge construction drive belt that enhances grip and reduces slippage, thereby improving transmission efficiency and service life. Its specific structural layers generally include:
- Top fabric: Provides protection and enhances abrasion resistance.
- Tensile cord: Bears and transmits tensile forces, ensuring the strength and stability of the variable speed belt.
- Compression section: Absorbs pressure and impact while maintaining belt flexibility.
- Bottom fabric: Improves grip, provides greater heat dissipation surface area, and extends belt lifespan.

Variable speed belt operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +90°C and can withstand short-term temperature fluctuations without compromising performance.
Variable speed belt primarily requires measurement of several values: belt width, belt thickness, and belt length.
The top width and thickness of the belt can be measured using a ruler or caliper. During measurement, the belt should be kept in a relaxed state to avoid stretching and resulting errors.
To measure the belt length, wrap a nylon rope or cloth tape measure around the variable speed belt once. After marking the rope, pull it taut and measure its length to obtain the belt length.
Variable speed belts adjust the transmission ratio by changing the effective diameter on the pulleys, thereby smoothly controlling the output speed.
