When choosing a fan clutch for your vehicle, you need components built with the highest durability standards—especially when it comes to the aluminum housing, cover plate, and base. That’s why we use premium aluminum alloys like ADC12, A356, 6061, and 6063 in your fan clutch, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and fatigue strength for long-term reliability.
To ensure the durability you expect, your parts are produced using high-pressure die casting and then treated with T6 heat treatment to enhance mechanical strength, hardness, and wear resistance. After casting, we precision-machine your components with CNC turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in our dedicated workshop. Before final assembly, we carry out thorough material inspections, dimensional checks, and assembly accuracy control—so you can trust every fan clutch to meet your performance needs.

When you start your engine, you’ll notice that the electronic fan clutch engages quickly and synchronizes with the engine speed within 1 to 3 minutes. This is completely normal. In colder environments or when your engine RPM is low, you may observe that synchronization takes a bit longer, sometimes over 3 minutes. Once your fan clutch enters regular operation, these symptoms will gradually disappear.
Additionally, when you turn off your vehicle, you might hear a noticeable “click” sound. Don’t worry — this is also normal. The sound simply indicates that your fan clutch is disengaging, and it will stop shortly afterward.

- Do not attempt to install the electronic fan clutch yourself — always follow the manufacturer’s specifications and installation guidelines.
First, check if there is any silicone oil liquid leaking from the fan clutch on a closed and safe road. Second, after starting the engine, observe whether the fan speed changes with the engine speed. Third, check for any fault codes or dashboard alarms. Fourth, for the electronically controlled fan clutch, use a diagnostic instrument to check if the electronic control signal is normal.
The fan clutch is used to adjust the fan speed in the engine cooling system. It controls the operation of the fan according to the engine temperature, thereby improving fuel efficiency, reducing noise, and extending the service life of the engine.
The electronic fan clutch is controlled by the engine’s electronic control unit (ECU), with a faster response and more precise adjustment. It can control the temperature in real-time according to the engine speed and temperature. The traditional silicone oil fan clutch mainly relies on a bimetallic temperature control element to adjust the silicone oil coupling of the silicone oil clutch, affecting the speed, and has a slower response speed.
If the original fan blades are not damaged, only the fan clutch can be replaced. However, it is necessary to check whether the new fan clutch is compatible with the original fan’s mounting holes and whether the torque is matched.
