Your tensioner pulley is equipped with an internal flat spiral spring made from 65Mn or SAE 1075 spring steel. Alternatively, we can also use 17-7PH stainless spring steel according to your requirements. The spring is precisely formed, heat-treated, and e-coated to ensure durability.
By strictly controlling the preload angle and torque, our products maintain stable tension across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +150°C, with a service life exceeding 800,000 cycles.
